1. Exit south at the Cooper Street exit.
2. Follow Cooper Street south, then turn east (left) at the Mitchell Street stoplight.
3. Turn north (left) at West Street.
4. Park in the Maverick Parking Garage (hourly rate) at 4th Street and West.
5. The Central Library is west of the parking garage. The main Library entrance faces west.
