Fines and Lost Books Overdue fines are charged when library materials, including Interlibrary Loan materials, are returned after their due dates. When materials are 30 days overdue or when you've told us that you've lost an item, you're billed for the replacement of that item. You can also be charged for the repair or replacement of an item that is damaged while you have it checked out. See Fines & Fees Information for the details of the UT Arlington Library fines and fees policy. An Appeals Panel exists for you to dispute library fines or fees that have been charged to you. You can also ask us about your fines or fees: see Fines Inquiry to send us your questions. |
