 Renewal Instructions for Guest Borrowers

We offer a variety of ways for you to renew your UT Arlington library materials. Our goal is to make renewing your materials before their due dates an easy, efficient process.

By Phone:

Call (817) 272-3224 and leave information in our renewal voicemail box.

By Fax:

Fax your renewal request to (817) 272-3392.

By E-Mail:

E-mail your renewal request to library-servdesk@listserv.uta.edu.

For Phone, Fax, or E-Mail renewals, please provide ALL of the following:
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • The barcode from your UT Arlington Library Card
  • The barcode number for each item you want to renew

The barcode number is the 14-digit number beginning with 3 1334, usually found inside the front cover or on the outside front cover of the book.
