The Digital Media Studio has a 42-inch color plotter for printing banners and poster-size printouts.

Personal or Departmental Posters: (All posters ordered by students/faculty/staff or university departments)

• Posters are NOT part of the UT Arlington print quota system
• Only 1 poster (and 1 copy) a day can be ordered.
• Each poster will be charged to the user upon pick-up. Cost is determined by poster size.
• Let the DMS staff know before submitting a poster order. Failure to do so could delay printing.
• All posters for advertising purposes must be UT Arlington on-campus related.
• The DMS Staff has the right at anytime to refuse or delay poster printing due to a user not following the DMS rules.
• The maximum print size in the DMS is 42" x 72".

Organization Posters: (Student organizations under the auspices of UT Arlington student governance)

• Only 2 posters per organization can be ordered at a time. Up to 6 copies of the same poster will be printed.
• The poster must be for an event sponsored by the organization, and must contain event information. Any poster not displaying this information must be ordered and paid for as a personal order.
• The name of the organization must be displayed prominently on the poster.
• The organization must be recognized by the UT Arlington student governance.

There is a charge for all personal or departmental poster printing. Charges are payable by MavExpress ID (MavMoney) or departmental IDT. Posters printed by student governance-recognized organizations remain free but they must fit within the criteria set forth within the DMS organization printing policy
