Request Removal of Library Resources

If you have an objection or concern about specific library resources within the Library holdings and wish to request reconsideration by library staff, please complete this form.

Completion of this form is the first step in the process. It will be sent to the Department Head of Access and Discovery who will acknowledge receipt. After thorough review, you will be informed of all decisions regarding the retention or disposition of materials. If you are not satisfied with the decision, an appeal may be made to the Dean of the Library.
