International Aerospace Abstracts (IAA)

New York, Technical Information Service, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, 1961-

This abstract is constructed in almost exactly the same way as STAR and published in the intervening weeks. Like STAR, IAA covers almost all of the world's unclassified report and periodical literature on aerospace. It provides a parallel coverage of scientific and trade journals, books and conference papers in the same subject areas as STAR.

Government Reports Announcements and Index (GRA&I)

NTIS, semimonthly, with annual cumulation of the index, 1964-

GRA&I is the major resource for access to unclassified, unlimited technical reports. It indexes and abstracts US and foreign government-sponsored research and development, technical reports, engineering reports, and other analyses prepared by federal agencies, their contractors, or grantees.

NACA publications can be searched by keyword, author name, and report number. A chronological listing includes NACA publications of each year arranged in report series order.

NASA Technical Reports Server

Scientific and Technical Aerospace Reports (STAR)

Washington: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Issued twice a month and contains abstracts and indexes of meeting papers, conference proceedings, and unlimited distribution reports that have been added to the NASA Scientific and Technical Information Database during the preceding period.

STAR on the web

All NASA publications are arranged according to the Superintendent of Documents Classification system. Most NASA publications received before July 1976 have not been cataloged. Most publications with a date through December 1976 are paper copies. Those dated 1977 or later were received as microfiche, and are kept in the U.S. Government Publications Microfiche area. Check the UT Arlington Library Catalog catalog for the location of cataloged NASA publications.
