Instruction & Reference Services

The UT Arlington Library is dedicated to promoting life-long learning through its instruction and reference services. Regardless of location, we offer an array of reference and instructional services to support the teaching and research needs of the UT Arlington and Arlington communities. Services include research consultations and seminars, online materials, course-integrated instruction and library tours. Research assistance is available at each of our locations as well as by telephone, e-mail or chat.

Paper's Due Drop Inn

Paper's Due Drop Inn offers one-on-one research help for students needing assistance with all aspects of library research including, narrowing topics, finding and evaluating resources, and citing information.

Instruction for UT Arlington Courses

Course-integrated library instruction is available for all UT Arlington courses. Library staff will work with faculty and instructors to develop instruction curriculum specific to UT Arlington course requirements and assignments. Specialized instruction for high school courses is also provided through K12 Connections.
