UTA Libraries Awarded IMLS Grant To Test Maker Literacies Program

My team has been awarded a $50k IMLS grant to expand and test our maker literacies program at other universities! Over the summer we will be identifying our program partners. We'll specifically be looking for other academic library makerspaces with strong faculty relations in order to pilot this exciting program in their undergraduate courses. UN-Reno is already a partner (Tara Radniecki at UNR helped with the grant proposal), and we'll be seeking three more for a total of five Universities.
