How to set your delivery location for your ILLs and document deliveries

  • You can select a pick up location at any of our branch libraries; however, faculty or PhD candidates may select to have materials delivered to their departments. Distance education or disabled library users may have materials mailed to their home or selected address.
  • If you are new and creating an account (see How to create an account for document delivery and interlibrary loan) under “Delivery Location” choose one of the following options based on your status and your preference.
    • Central Library Service Desk
    • Department (Faculty & PhD only)
    • Fine Arts & Architecture Library
    • Home (Faculty, Dist. Ed. & Disabled Only)
    • Science and Engineering Library
  • If you already have an account you can update your profile to reflect your delivery preference by logging into your account at https://uta.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/.

  • At the bottom left hand side of the page under Tools select “Change User Information”.

  • Under “Delivery Location”, in the drop down box, choose 1 of the 5 options listed above based on your status and preference.
