UTA Libraries’ Textbook Hero video series showcases educators who have adopted open educational resources or other affordable course content, which reduces barriers to education. Dr. Allan Saxe, featured in episode two, has saved UTA students over $561,000 since Fall 2010 by using public domain materials in his courses.
