Description -   In this broadside from Minister of the Interior Ygnacio Sierra y Rosso to acting president Gómez Farías, Sierra y Rosso made it known that the Polkos rebels had rejected an offer of amnesty. Accusing the Polkos of being monarchists, he urged Gómez Farías to deal with the rebels harshly to quash the revolt.
