Description -   In this broadside, Pedro de Ampudia declared that certain lands on the outskirts of Monterrey would be cleared for the defense of the city, while foodstuffs and other articles would be requisitioned by the army. Ampudia assured property owners that they would be reimbursed for all confiscated goods and for any damages suffered.
