Ramey Memo Update

Submitted by krandle on Wed, 01/18/2017 - 16:52

The best case of provenance that I have ever seen is the Ramey Memo. We have a picture of Ramey holding the document, we have been able to interview the photographer, and we know the date on which it was taken because we have not only a dated document that was transmitted with the picture, but it appeared in newspapers around the country the next day.

The only point of dispute is what the memo actually says. Parts of it are easily read and others are obscured to the point where it is sometimes just a best guess. If the memo could be completely deciphered it might provide a clue about what fell near Roswell and would be some of the best documentation available....

You don't understand many things. For example, how the human eye or how the scanners works :-) You provided first HDR images, which de facto make more noise than the original photo contains. Second you rotate image during scanning or processing, which means that you are technically illiterate and do not understand the scan itself as a process. Third, you don't understand anything about information theory. These scans and processing of yours will not increase the useful information, but will hamper the process of reading. "We are offering a $10,000 reward for the first person or group/lab that can provide a definite read of the Ramey memo." Let's say I can make you a utility to make the process easier. emilenchev1978@yahoo.com

I would have the word extremely before unlikely it is extremely unlikely they would mistake a weather balloon for a spaceship seeing how they launch weather balloons daily and the only nuclear facility in the world where people were promoted after making one of the supposed biggest blunders in United States history

"Viewing of the wreck" is what I believe is said, rather than "victims", as "Ing" is clearly seen. This would mean that it is possible to be weather balloons, yet unlikely. This means there may not be beings involved.

We need to find the name of Marilyn Monroe's good friend and get a copy of the interview in which she was discussing Marilyn's relationship with the Kennedy Brothers, I thought it was especially germane that it was Bobby, not John, who mentioned the alien space ship recovery by the government in a effort to impress Marilyn with his deep government knowledge bona fides (as any suitor might do when trying to get closer to his girlfriend, the object of his affection.) -PD

"victims of wreck" is clearly read in this memo. while this does not confirm ufo or aliens, it does debunk the mogul and weather baloon lie.

The ETs are real. Powers beyond belief. They have come down with spacecraft during the day in front of me. There are also witnesses all over the world. It is definitely being hidden; people silenced. The secret is systems of human enslavement are being put into place; people will be forced to comply; Sad world, difficult times ahead. It is biblical; prophetic. Roswell witnesses confirmed ET spacecraft crash with non-human beings; Gerald Anderson, Glenn Dennis, Marcella’s, etc. The witness evidence is overwhelming, but nobody seems to be capable of believing it without their own personal experience; combine that with mind-control capabilities that ETs have and it is near impossible to get people to hold on to the truth, even when it is right in front of them. That is why decades go by and it is just spinning tires going nowhere.
