Go Open Fund
The Go Open Fund has been indefinitely suspended as of April 27, 2018. This pilot project will now undergo an evaluation.
We have a pilot project to facilitate external OA publishing activities by UTA faculty, staff, and students: The Go Open Fund. Eligible individuals may apply for funding to pay article processing charges for fully OA journals or other OA publications up to $3,000 per fiscal year. Funding is first-come, first-served, and once funds are depleted for a fiscal year, no more funding will be available until the start of the following fiscal year. Please note that these funds should not be considered a meritorious or competitive award. For eligibility requirements and application details, please see the UTA Libraries Go Open Fund Policy Page.
