Correspondence between Dean Wayne Duke of Student Life and President Frank Harrison. It addresses UTA Student Congress "Resolution 71-25," which is the issue of pedestrian traffic on Cooper Street. Student Life is acknowledging the issue and informing Student Congress of the hardhships that they are running in to in trying to fix the pedestrian issue. Also contains a propsal written by Courtney Roberts suggesting resolutions.
