This memo from University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) President Dr. Frank Harrison, dated November 19, 1971, is addressed to UTA Student Congress and is in regards to Resolution 71-25. The resolution concerns pedestrian safety along Third and Cooper Streets. Dr. Harrison expresses that he agrees with Student Congress that the heavy traffic on Third and Cooper is cause for concern for pedestrians on campus. 

This document is typed, but written on the THROUGH line next to Dean Wayne Duke's name are the letters "Bwd."
