This document consists of three parts:
- A letter from Dr. William Thomas, dated November 5, 1946, to Cecil Story, in which Dr. Thomas addresses the situation of Mr. John R. Williams
- A detailed medical report dated November 15, 1946, for John R. Williams
- A letter from Dr. William Thomas, dated November 18, 1946, to Cecil Story, in regards to John Williams' recent medical report
The postscript on the last letter has been crossed out in pencil, and a handwritten note is written beneath it. The note reads: "The fee in this case is 25.00, including deposition which is to be made later."
