Description: For the first time in World War II, a car with a four-star insignia was seen on the Streets of Fort Worth, Texas. Sergeant (Sgt.) F. C. Miller, of the United States Army Air Forces (AAF) training command is shown adjusting the four-star license plate. He served as the chauffeur to General Henry H. Arnold during the General's time in Fort Worth. Sergeant Miller is wearing a military coat and uniform and a firearm in his hip holster. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 7, 1944.
