Description: Mexican officials. "These three Mexican officials arrived Monday to inspect Fort Worth stockyards and packing plants and obtain ideas which will aid Mexico in its newly-declared war against the Axis. Left to right, are Dr. Hector Lopez Arista, inspector of border ports for the Department of Agriculture; Dr. Guillermo Quesada Bravo, chief of the Bureau of Animal Industry, and Senor Heliodoro Monroy, chairman of the Service of Animal Husbandry, all of Mexico". Dr. Lopez Arista is sitting to the far left of the photograph. He is wearing a open collared white button up shirt with sleeves rolled up, slacks, and dark shoes. He has dark hair, glasses, his left hand on his lap and his right hand on his right leg which is crossed over his left leg. He is looking at a book that Dr. Quesada Bravo is holding. Dr. Quesada Brave is seated in the center of the photograph. He is wearing a white button up shirt with an open collar, a tan jacket over, dark slacks, and has dark hair. He is holding a book in front of himself with both hands and is staring at the book. Senor Heliodoro Monroy is seated to the far right of the photograph. He is wearing a matching button up shirt and slacks. He has a pen in his left breast pocket and is staring at the book that Dr. Quesada Bravo is holding. He left hand is in his lap and his right arm is propped against his right chair arm. The background you can see a desk with containers on top, a map pinned to the back wall, and an open window to the far right.
