Description: Thad Felton, left, of Baytown, Texas, "admiral" of the Goose Creek Navy, booster group for the Trinity River canal project, and Attorney General Price Daniel, after Daniel was made an "honorary admiral" during a Trinity waterway celebration in Anahuac, Texas. The Goose Creek Navy is a marine affiliate of the Fraternity of the White Heron, who were sponsors of the celebration and annual fish fry. Felton promised to take Daniel cruising down the Trinity barge canal when it is completed.
