Mrs. John Rudder is wearing a hat and a pinstripe dress. Mayor Rudder is a formal colonel in the United States Army. He led a Ranger battalion in the Normandy invasion. He also coached football at Brady High School and John Tarleton Agricultural College. He is dressed in a tweed suit. Mrs. Earl Rudder is wearing a hat, blouse, and a skirt. He purse is cradled in her arm.
