Stratemeyer, head of the Air Defense Command. Pictured left to right, seated, are Captain Marion D. Jones, Captain William B. Nance, Major Wayne M. Roberts, Mrs. Virginia H. Williamson, Major James F. Sapp, and Lieutenant Colonel Meredith B. Kendrick. All were all given awards for their service in the Army. There is a crowd of people surrounding the award recipients.
