Railroads need now- Switchmen, Brakemen, firemen, clerks, shop helpers, and painters". There is also a poster with the words "Enlist in the troops of Industry". Beside the show glass on the right of the picture, there is a brick wall and on the left there is an open entrance and a chair inside the building.
