Title: Corporal and Mrs. Jack W. Kowalski
Description: Corporal and Mrs. Jack W. Kowalski married Thursday at Saint Patrick's Rectory. They will live at 801 E. Baltimore while the bridegroom is stationed at Sheppard Field. Mrs. Kowalski is the former Miss Sybil Liggett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Liggett of Vashti, Texas. Corporal Kowalski is in military uniform, with hands crossed, holding his military hat, wearing his wedding ring. Mrs. Kowalski is in a veiled hat with floral & ribbon corsage. She has on a two strand pearl necklace. Her blouse wraps to the side of the waist and is tied with a bow. Her skirt's pleat is aligned with the bow. She is holding, in her left hand, a pair of gloves and a clutch purse. Her other hand is wrapped around Corporal Kowalski's arm. Both are wearing eye glasses. Behind them are stairs and a brick structure with several unidentified men and women. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 27, 1944.
