Description: Copy of a portrait photograph of Sergeant Orland Russell Seaman Junior, who was killed in action on February 14, 1945, over France. Sergeant Seaman was a native of Mineral Wells, Texas, and he enlisted in the Army Air Forces in 1942. He was a radio gunner on the 9th Air Force Marauder medium bomber. Sergeant Seaman wore the Air Medal with two clusters. He left behind a wife, the former Miss Virginia Brown. He is pictured wearing his military uniform.
