Title: Jo Ann Worden fell three stories
Description: Two-year old Jo Ann fell out of the open third story window at the Victory Apartments. She landed unhurt, but very frightened on the paved driveway. Jo Ann was staying with family friend Mrs. W. H. Vinson when the accident happened. The young girl leaned on a window screen, which she had previously opened. Mrs. Vinson rushed Jo Ann to Harris Memorial Methodist Hospital for X-Rays. The toddler was miraculously given a clean bill of health. Mr. Worden, a Convair employee, was already at the hospital visiting his sick wife when Jo Ann was admitted.
