Title: Captain O. B. Smith
Description: Captain O. B. Smith is a motor maintenance officer at Fort Miles, Delaware. He was with the infantry overseas in World War I. In the service 10 months in this war, Captain Smith is home for a 16 days leave. He is visiting his wife and three children, Edna Earle, O. B. Jr. and Herbert Bailey Smith. After the first war, he came to Fort Worth, Texas and entered the automobile business, in which he remained for about 25 years until signing up for World War II. He is a past president of the Fort Worth Automotive Trades Association. Prior to joining the Army this time he was associated with Harry J. Fox in the Western Olds Company. In this picture, he is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
