Title: Camp Barkeley
Description: Camp Barkeley is being constructed in Abilene, Texas to train the 45th Infantry Division of the United States Army. Building crews are working quickly to make the camp ready for the March opening. Touring the facility left to right are P. M. Kenefick, Walter Burr, and James H. Bond. Mr. Kenefick and Mr. Burr are Washington officials of the United States Employment Service. They termed the Camp "one of the best set-ups they've seen anywhere. Mr. Kenefick is dressed in a hat and a three piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Burr is wearing a hat, three piece suit, scarf, and a coat. Mr. Bond is the personnel director. He is dressed in a hat and a double breasted suit. One of the newly constructed buildings is in the background.
