Description: Mrs. T. J. White is a ninety-year old resident of Coleman, Texas. She is displaying a framed pencil and crayon sketch on a young girl. Mrs. White drew the portrait in 1872 when she attended Baylor Female College. The drawing won first prize in a school contest. Mrs. White is said to be the oldest living graduate of what is now University of Mary Hardin-Baylor at Belton, Texas. She is sitting in a wicker chair, wearing a button-up blouse and a skirt.
