Title: Little Theodore Mitchell, 2 months, lying in City-County hospital
Description: Theodore Mitchell, 2 months, was at City-County hospital Tuesday night with both arms broken. His father and mother, 22 year old, Mrs. Thelma Mitchell sit in jail. She told of being distracted when her 15 month old Tommy and little Theodore were both crying. While diapering, she put the baby's arm behind his back to prevent him from putting his fist in his mouth. The grandmother took Theodore to the hospital when she noticed his arms were swollen.
