Description: Mrs. Ernest Williams of 921 Barclay, is shown with her toy terrier puppy Dinky. Mrs. Williams has to help feed the pup as a large leg brace on Dinky's leg prevents much movement. The puppy was injured after being thrown over a high fence earlier in the week, shortly after three other neighborhood dogs were found poisoned. Published in the evening edition, February 22, 1951.
