Description: One of the requirements for dogs during the obedience tests of the Fort Worth Dog Training club held at Dobson's Kennels, was for the dogs to remain sitting with a dumbbell in their mouths until they were relieved by their owners. The Doberman pincer on the left is Duchess Frieda, owned by Robert Woboril; the boxer in the center is Chandelle v. Jere, owned by Charles C. Wehrung; and the chow chow on the right is Pab-Ku III, owned by Mrs. George Carefoot. Published in the morning edition, January 21, 1951.
