Description: J. F. Bodine of 3778 McCart, surveys the muddy street in front of his home that resulted from a water line leak. Water department workmen repaired the leak. Bodline reported the broken pipe. Workmen went to the scene and repaired the leak once, but discovered, after another call from Bodline, that they had repaired the wrong leak. There were two leaky pipes in the blocks, it developed. Published in Fort Worth Star Telegram morning edition February 4, 1954.
