Palmer, 3601 Shelby Dr. Miss Humphrey attended Texas State College for Women. Her fiance attended Texas A&M College. The wedding reception was planned to take place at the Humphrey home. Mrs. Humphrey was honored at a miscellaneous shower given by Miss Caldwell, a TSCW classmate, in Capps Dormitory on the campus in Denton. The guest list included 50 partners.
