Description: A pamphlet describing and promoting the New Brighton Real Estate Development on Staten Island, New York, by George A. Ward, Secretary of the New Brighton Association dated April 15, 1836. Pamphlet is accompanied by an inserted map and print. Pamphlet includes a lithographed map or plan of New Brighton, showing its streets and plats and relative location to New York Bay and Killvankull. Some bathing houses and docks are included. It also includes a lithographed view of New Brighton from the bay, showing bath houses, docks, homes, steamboats "New Brighton" and "Water Witch," sailboat, and fishermen in two boats with nets in foreground.
