Memo from Paul A. Strachan, President of the American Federation of the Physically Handicapped to "Our Friends in Organized Labor" announcing completion of the Federation's 1957-1958 National Legislative Program. The program urges support for Senate bill S 1597 to establish a Federal Agency for Handicapped. Similar bills were introduced in the House as well as HR 5396 to grant a reduction of work-related transportation fees. HR 5396 is included in its entirety.
