Letter written by L. E. Dilley of the Building Trades Council encouraging members of the Operating Engineers and Roofers Local union to take action on the Council's plan to sponsor a child for one year on behalf of the Cerebral Palsy Clinic of Dallas.  Out of twenty local unions affiliated with the Building Trades Council, this local union was that only one that had not taken any action in regards to this initative.  To pursuade the local union to support this charitiable endevour, Dilley begins the letter by briefly highlighting the benefits of of the Cerebral Palsy Clinica and the need to support them.
