Enclosed is a copy of a speech given by Mr. Mike Gorman, Executive Director of the National Committee Against Mental Illness. The speech was given to at the Sixth Legislative Dinner of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health, Felbruary 11, 1969. Title of the speech was "Comprehensive community mental health centers: Myth or reality?
