Brochure, undated, but likely published in the mid 1950s, listing various healthcare plans and associate premiums and deductabiles. On the front of the brochure is a woman dressed as a nurse, holding a clipboard, the Blue Cross Blue Shield logo in placed on the bottom left. Next to that logo is another logo that was used by Blue Cross Blue Shield, which was adopted from Psalms 127. The whole brochure is in blue ink.
