A report on the 83rd Texas legislative session on issues pertaining to Texans with disabilities published by the Coalition for Texans with Disabilities (C. T. D.).

  • Bills in which CTD took a prominent position: Funding for disability services within the state budget, advanced directives and end of life rights, and a redesign of the long term services and support system.
