On the front of this postcard is a grayscale image with blue skies and white clouds showing the front and side of the Provident Sanitarium in Waco, Texas.There is also writing to the side of the image. The building has multiple stories with semicircular arc entrances and many rectangular windows. The building is surrounded by a lawn with few trees. On the back of the postcard is labeling directions written in wine ink and an illegible message that was written to someone in Austin Texas. The building was established by the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul and opened on January 11, 1905.
