Description:
The January 1996 issue is an action agenda of CTD which focuses on some key issues. One of the issues discussed is the Medicaid proposal being put in place by the president and how it will affect people with disabilities. Another issue discussed was personal assistant services and the supreme court’s decision not to take up a case that was brought before them. It also discusses other issues related to personal assistant services and resolutions passed in the CTD's 1996 Delegate Assembly.
