This document presents University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Student Congress Resolution 72-61. The resolution was authored by Richard Krause and submitted for consideration on November 10, 1972. It was passed on December 5, 1972, with 21 votes in favor. The resolution is in regards to the lack of facilities that meet the needs of students with disabilities. Three resolutions are proposed:
- Pressuring the University administration to take action
- Student Congress making a monetary contribution
- Partnering with the Shorthorn to raise awareness amongst the student body
