Description:
This is a black and white photograph of Shirley Sue and some friends in the Thursday Study Club float. The float is a car covered with fringe and on the driver's door there is a poster that has the name of the club and the years 1922-1952. The automobile's convertible top has been lowered so some of the particpants of the float are seating on top of the back of the car. Behing them there is a truck that is carrying what might be a combine or some other type of farming equipment. On the back of the photograph, Shirley Sue wrote the names of the people that are in the float:
