Description:
This is a brochure from 1989 that gives information about a scholarship offered by the University of Texas at Arlington to athletes who use wheelchairs. The scholarship is in honor of Andrew David Beck, who was a graduate student at UTA and a member of the Freewheelers track team. Andrew died in a motor accident on Copper Street where a teenage driver accidentally hit him. On the cover of the brochure is a picture of Andrew.
