Tarrant County kids train for the Junior National Wheelchair Games that will be held at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, 06/23/1986. Robbie Harville and two other competitors are on a track in red wheelchairs. The two males are on the left side of Robbie wearing red uniforms, their tank tops read "TEXAS" in white letters. It appears to be a hot day, as all of the competitors are squinting their eyes and appear to be sweating.
