This video documents protest actions taken by ADAPT at the 1996 American Health Care Association convention in Atlanta, Georgia. ADAPT president Mike Aurberger met with incoming speaker of the United States House of Representative where they drafted an attendant care bill to be considered by the House later in the fall of 1996.
