Documented from 1989, this routing slip shows comments from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Student Congress president and UTA's vice president for Student Affairs regarding Resolution 89-42, which passed on October 24, 1989. The Student Congress president states that he is against this resolution, and provides the reasons for his decision. The comment from Student Affairs states that this resolution should be referred to Jim Hayes, UTA's Director of Handicapped Student Services. There were 18 votes in favor of the resolution, zero votes against, and five abstained.
