In this article, the cooper street protest is discussed, where about a group of 20 students protest on the streets so that the UTA administrators address the Cooper street traffic hazards. A meeting was schedule between the administration and the Student Congress,led by the President, Royce West.Negotiations about a solution to the traffic hazard between UTA administration and Arlington city council  have gone on for almost two years and the students want actions taken before someone is Killed.
