This is a letter from Mr.Harris to Mr. Reavis,thanking him for the work that had been done so far in preparing plans for the remodeling of College Hall at the University of Texas at Arlington (U. T. A.) and giving approval for the continuation of the plans. He informs Mr. Reavis on the possibility of having changes made to the location and size of the accessible entrances as the architectural plans develop. The letter was written on February. 18,1976.
